Founded in Changzhou in 2016, N-TECH is a leading membrane technology company backed by four listed enterprises. We specialize in high-performance water treatment membranes, integrating R&D, design, production, sales, and service. Our portfolio covers 12 product series, including RO, NF, UF, and specialty membranes, widely applied in municipal, industrial, and seawater desalination sectors. Products are well-received in China, the U.S., South Korea, India, and the Middle East. Since 2020, our Changzhou base has operated at full capacity. In 2024, our 440-acre Sichuan base began operation with advanced, intelligent production lines, targeting 60 million m² annual output after two phases. It serves the growing global desalination market with high-quality RO membrane supply.
N-TECH is committed to innovation in water treatment and aims to build a world-class brand based on Chinese manufacturing excellence and advanced membrane materials.
As a key project of Changzhou City, the company’s Phase I involves a total investment of RMB 300 million and occupies 39 mu of land. It officially commenced production in 2020, and in June of the same year, design and construction of the second production line were initiated. Upon the commissioning of the second line, the company will have an annual production capacity of 10 million square meters of reverse osmosis membranes and 2 million square meters of nanofiltration membranes.
Currently, the company holds 20 authorized national patents, including 17 invention patents and 3 utility‑model patents. It is one of the very few domestic enterprises that have mastered the core technologies underlying high‑end membrane products, with performance metrics such as water flux and desalination rate reaching leading levels in China and meeting import‑substitution standards. In September 2020, the company closed a RMB 150 million Series B financing round, led by three listed companies—Xingyuan Material, Xinzhoubang, and Xiongtao Shares. In November 2022, it completed a B+‑round financing, bringing on board its fourth listed shareholder, GEM. In 2020, Entai Technology’s “6‑million‑square‑meter‑per‑year reverse osmosis membrane module project” was approved as a key “Central Initiative to Strengthen Core Competitiveness in Manufacturing.” In 2021, the company was recognized as a National High‑Tech Enterprise and a Jiangsu Province Specialized, Fine, Distinctive, and Innovative Little Giant.
Since 2021, N-Tech Changzhou production base has consistently operated at full design capacity. In August 2023, at the invitation of the Sichuan provincial government, Entai established its second production facility in Mianzhu City. Located in the Jiangsu Industrial Park of Mianzhu, the project encompasses a first-phase site of 166 mu, with an additional 300 mu reserved for Phase II. The first phase includes the construction of 12 coating lines, 6 casting lines, and 50 winding lines, enabling an annual production capacity of 60 million square meters of membrane sheets and sufficient winding capacity to produce 1.5 million membrane elements.
As a specialized manufacturer of membrane separation components, N-Tech has enhanced the consistency of its membrane products through continuous technological innovation, elevating its defect‑free performance to world‑class standards.
