(1) Product Positioning

FR-series membrane elements are suitable for desalination of water with moderate salinity (TDS < 10,000 mg/L) and can be widely applied in reclaimed‑water reuse systems of various scales. They are particularly well suited for treating industrial wastewater containing low levels of organic contaminants and for handling slightly polluted water sources.

(2) Product Features

A specialized membrane‑fabrication process is employed to enhance the membrane’s hydrophilicity, surface charge, and surface roughness, thereby reducing the adhesion and accumulation of foulants and microorganisms. In addition, a low‑pressure‑drop 34‑mil‑wide feed channel design effectively minimizes fouling on the membrane mesh, further improving the membrane element’s resistance to fouling and its cleanability.
