Overview
Utilizing advanced preparation techniques and fully automated production lines, the reliability and stability of nanofiltration product performance are ensured. The nanofiltration membrane combines high water flux, high desalination rate and high durability with low operating pressure, significantly saving system investment and operational costs.
NF Membranes for Water Treatment
The NTF series includes NTF40 ultra-low pressure and NTF90 low-pressure high-rejection membrane elements for water treatment.
• NTF40 membranes are designed for total organic carbon(TOC) and trace organic removal, offering a high removal rate particularly for emerging contaminants. They feature moderate to high permeability for dissolved inorganic salts, combined with high organic rejection and low energy consumption. They are widely used in municipal water treatment.
• NTF90 membranes can effectively remove hardness, heavy metals, sulfates, nitrates, chlorides, fluorides, trace organics, bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms. They offer the advantages of low operating pressure, high water production and high recovery rate. They are widely used in municipal water treatment.

Special Separation Membranes
• MASP300 membranes are designed for highly selective filtration applications and resource recovery, offering a molecular weight cut-off(MWCO) of 200–300 Da. They are mainly used in the separation and concentration of liquid materials, zero liquid discharge (ZLD), as well as in fields such as denitrification in the chlor-alkali industry.
• MASP300-SS is a sanitary-grade product featuring a mesh cage outer sleeve configuration design that helps minimize stagnant areas. With a molecular weight cut-off(MWCO) of 200–300 Da, it is widely used in material separation processes with sanitary requirements, such as in the food & beverage water applications.

Special Applications – Salts Separation NF Membranes
• DS80 membranes are designed for brine purification units of the chemical industry for the removal of sulfate and hardness. They are primarily applied in fields such as denitrification in the chlor-alkali industry, lithium extraction from salt lakes, and the purification, separation, and concentration of high-salinity brine.
• DS80-HP membranes are high-pressure nanofiltration products specially developed for applications with high salt concentrations. They are designed for the recovery of high-salinity wastewater under operating pressures ranging from 40 to 1200 psi.

Special Application – Acid-Tolerant NF Membranes
This special NF membranes are developed for use under strong acidic conditions, and mainly used to achieve the separation and concentration of metal/inorganic salts in acidic solution and the purification and recovery of acidic solution.
• AcidSep H membranes are designed for the concentration of high-valence metals and the purification of acids in high- concentration acidic solutions (such as 20% sulfuric acid, 20% hydrochloric acid, 30% phosphoric acid and 5% nitric acid.).
• AcidSep L membranes are designed for the concentration of high-valence metals and the purification of acids in low- concentration acidic solutions (pH 1–3).
